Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro work. But in the best-measured trial, about a quarter of the weight lost was lean mass — and the placebo group lost a similar share, because that is what rapid weight loss does. Less muscle means less support for your joints. That is the part nobody prepares you for.

In SURMOUNT-1's DXA substudy, about 25% of the weight lost was lean mass. Across studies the figure ranges from 15% to 60%. The placebo group lost a similar proportion — this is what large weight loss does, not something unique to the drug.
Less muscle around a joint means less shock absorption — standard musculoskeletal physiology. To be straight with you: no study has measured joint loading in GLP-1 users specifically. This is an inference, not a finding. But it matches what people report.
Discomfort discourages exercise — the very thing needed to preserve muscle. A cycle that's hard to break without targeted support.
"I started noticing my knees and hips getting more painful about four months in. I was losing weight, which was the goal — but I felt less capable, not more. Nobody warned me that the muscle loss would be this fast."
In development
A targeted formula designed around the specific physiology of GLP-1 users — supporting joint comfort, muscle integrity, and sustained mobility. Not a generic supplement. Built with input from people actually on these medications.
There is no CBD in this formula. We are a CBD company and we left it out, because the evidence does not support CBD for preserving lean mass. We would rather tell you that than sell you our own ingredient in a product it does not belong in.
The honest version: resistance training and enough protein are what protect muscle during weight loss. No supplement replaces either, and any company telling you otherwise is selling. This formula is built for the joint and recovery side of the problem — and we will show you the evidence for it before we ask you to buy anything.

A note from our founder
I started Reclaim Labs because I have rheumatoid arthritis and couldn't find products built for people like me — people managing chronic joint conditions, not just weekend warriors. When our survey showed that 41% of our customers are on GLP-1 medications, and most of them were reporting new joint and muscle issues, it was obvious this needed to be the next thing we built.
Reclaim Mobility Complex isn't a pivot. It's the same commitment — targeted support for people navigating real, chronic conditions — applied to a new and urgent problem.

We're finalizing the format based on founding-member input — likely a daily supplement and/or a topical. What is already settled: no CBD, no stimulants, no proprietary blends. Founding members will see the full formula, with the evidence for each ingredient, before launch.
No. Reclaim Mobility Complex is designed for anyone experiencing joint and muscle changes on GLP-1 therapy — Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, or any similar medication.
Yes — but this product contains no CBD. Reclaim Labs makes research-backed products for people managing chronic pain and joint conditions. We looked at whether CBD belonged in a muscle and joint formula for GLP-1 users and concluded the evidence does not support it, so we left it out.
