FAQ
I started Reclaim Labs after 23 years of living with Rheumatoid Arthritis — 23 of them on Prednisone — and finding my own way out through CBD. These are the questions I would have wanted answered before I made that switch. — Ron Lev, Founder
Questions only we can answer
Who is behind Reclaim Labs, and why should I trust you?
Reclaim Labs was founded by Ron Lev, an MIT alum and lifelong arthritis patient who spent 23 years on Prednisone before finding relief through CBD oil. Ron didn't launch Reclaim Labs to capitalize on a trend — he formulated the products because he needed them for himself and wanted others to have access to the same solution.
That means every product decision is made by someone who lives with chronic pain and has skin in the game. Ron is not a distant investor; he takes the CBD oil daily and answers customer emails personally.
What makes Reclaim Labs CBD oil different from the hundreds of other brands out there?
Three things set us apart:
- Potency. Our flagship oil is 2800mg broad-spectrum CBD — one of the highest concentrations available. Most brands top out at 1000–1500mg.
- Broad-spectrum, not isolate. We keep the full plant profile (CBC, CBN, CBG, terpenes) but remove THC entirely. This produces a stronger anti-inflammatory effect than isolated CBD alone.
- Third-party tested every batch. We publish lab reports because we believe accountability shouldn't be optional in this industry. Email us for the latest COA.
Which Reclaim Labs product is right for my situation?
It depends on where your pain lives:
- Systemic / whole-body pain (arthritis, fibromyalgia, autoimmune flare-ups, sleep): the 2800mg CBD Oil works from the inside out and is what I use every day.
- Targeted joint or muscle pain (a specific knee, shoulder, or lower back): the 1000mg Roll-On delivers fast-acting, localized relief using nano-emulsified CBD.
- Sustained 24-hour relief (nights, travel, active days when re-applying isn't practical): the CBD Patches release CBD steadily through the skin all day.
Many of our customers with chronic conditions use the oil daily and layer the roll-on or patches on top for flare-ups.
What every chronic pain patient asks
How long does it take to feel results from CBD oil?
Most customers notice a meaningful difference within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. CBD is not a one-dose painkiller — it works by modulating the endocannabinoid system over time, which means the benefits build gradually.
Some people feel reduced inflammation and better sleep within the first week. Others, particularly those on long-term steroid regimens, may take 4–6 weeks as the body recalibrates. My own experience: noticeable improvement at 3 weeks, dramatic change by week 8.
The key word is consistent — skipping days resets the clock.
What is broad-spectrum CBD, and why does it matter more than pure CBD isolate?
Broad-spectrum CBD retains the full range of beneficial compounds found in the hemp plant — cannabinoids like CBC, CBN, and CBG, plus terpenes and phytonutrients — with THC completely removed. CBD isolate is just one molecule: pure cannabidiol, nothing else.
This matters because of the "entourage effect": the cannabinoids and terpenes work together synergistically, amplifying each other's anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Multiple studies suggest that full-plant extracts outperform isolated CBD at equivalent doses. That's why we use broad-spectrum across all our products.
Is it safe to use CBD alongside prescription medications like steroids or anti-inflammatories?
CBD has a strong safety profile — the FDA itself considers CBD safe — but it can interact with certain medications by affecting how your liver processes them, similar to grapefruit. If you take immunosuppressants, blood thinners, or are tapering off steroids, consult your doctor before starting CBD.
That said, many of our customers use CBD specifically as part of a steroid-reduction protocol, supervised by their physician. Ron's own journey off Prednisone was gradual and done in coordination with his rheumatologist. We strongly recommend the same approach.

What people search for most
Can CBD oil really help with arthritis pain?
Yes — CBD has documented anti-inflammatory properties that make it particularly effective for arthritis. It interacts with the CB2 receptors in the immune system, which are directly involved in regulating joint inflammation. Several clinical studies have shown reductions in pain and improved mobility in arthritis patients using CBD.
From personal experience: I went from daily Prednisone and near-immobility to managing my Rheumatoid Arthritis without steroids. That's an n=1, but the mechanism is well-understood and the research is growing.
What's the right CBD dosage for chronic pain?
Start low and increase gradually until you find your effective dose. For our 2800mg oil (approximately 93mg per full dropper):
- Week 1–2: ¼ dropper (≈23mg) once daily, under the tongue for 60 seconds
- Week 3–4: ½ dropper (≈46mg) once daily
- Week 5+: Adjust up to a full dropper (93mg) or split into morning and evening doses based on how you feel
Most of our chronic pain customers settle between 50–100mg/day. Higher doses are not necessarily better — it's about finding your threshold, which varies based on body weight, metabolism, and severity of condition.
Will CBD show up on a drug test?
All Reclaim Labs products are formulated to contain 0.0% THC. Drug tests screen for THC metabolites, not CBD or CBG, so the risk across our entire line is extremely low.
That said, no brand can guarantee a negative result for every individual, as metabolic rates and test sensitivities vary. If you are subject to mandatory drug testing, we recommend consulting with your employer or testing provider before use.
